In a market dominated by the Colonel, we’ve successfully taken Slim Chickens from a handful of sites to nearly 50 and more to come.

Now an established brand in their own right, we were determined not to make Slims and KFC wannabe. Instead, we played off its American Southern roots and a unique menu to show they are different and dare we say better.
